What an amazing experience. Robert (Service Manager) and Josh at the Tucson Ride Now provided customer service beyond my wildest expectations. We started to leave for a coveted bull elk hunt in Arizona that my 12-year old had drawn, when we noticed the tail light on our trailer was not working. We had planned to drive up Thursday night so we could hunt opening morning, but now we would wait until the following morning and hope that Ride Now could help us get on the road safely and legally. When I took the trailer over in the morning I assumed that we would have to wait several hours and that we would not get on the road until later that afternoon. But Robert and Josh understood the significance of a bull elk tag in Arizona and saw the dismay on my and my son's face. These guys jumped on the task within seconds and had fixed the tail-light and salvaged what would have been an entire lost day of hunting for bull elk. I was amazed at the level of service and professionalism and have a new appreciation for Ride Now Service. I have never had that kind of service anywhere, not at car dealers, not at a restaurant. Amazing! - I am thoroughly impressed and will recommend all my friends and relatives to use Ride Now for service on their UTV, ATVs, etc.

I have purchased the Can-Am Quad for my wife and received an outstanding deal, and true customer professionalism from the staff. I obtained a deal from another dealer, but do to the distance for retrieving the machine; the Tucson RideNow matched the price and had be in and out of their store within a few hours. I normally dont do surveys, or give feedback unless I have had really bad service. This place has earned an exception.No matter where you go, every place has at least one or two good employees that go above and beyond. At RideNow on 22nd and Prudence, I have yet to have an experience with someone who couldn't be the best employee just about anywhere else. Every staff member I have dealt with in every department is friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and courteous; even when I was just looking. I have been riding off road for years, and have shopped and purchased at many places both local and a little further away, always looking for the best deal. I went in just to look at dirt bikes and ask some questions. I met salesman Dan Ward who patiently answered all my questions. I ended up getting a great deal on a dirt bike and leaving the store with it. Everybody I came in contact with from the manager, parts, and service was wonderful. I could not be more pleased with my experience.

Everyone has had good and bad experiences with service over the years and we always hear the "Horror" stories...

This is my tale:

A couple of weeks back I reached 100 hours on our 2011 RZR-S and called RideNow for a time when I could drop it off. I spoke with Clint, and I dropped off our RZR that Saturday- I trailered into the parking lot and spoke with Clint. I asked if I could leave my trailer, as living in GV I didn't want to haul around an empty trailer; besides we had errands in Tucson that day. Much to my surprise- Clint told me to unhitch...leave the RZR on the trailer, and go on my way as he would take care of it. I asked if at all possible I could pick our RZR on Tues. after Lunch as I had an appointment in Tucson and didn't want to make a separate trip a day or two later. Monday late afternoon I received a call from Clint stating my RZR was being worked on and would be ready as planned. Tuesday morning I received a second call from Clint stating our RZR would be ready right after lunch as promised!! I have never in my life - had two calls from any DEALER that my vehicle would be ready at a prescribed time!! After lunch, I arrived to find my RZR ready/and washed - on my trailer waiting for me to hitch up and go... I signed a few papers - hooked up and was gone. I just want to say that my service experience at RideNow at 22nd St. was very positive and thought you should know. One person's story.......

This was the first dealership in Tucson I visited to look at a new motorcycle. From the moment I walked in the door, these folks treated me like family! There was no pressure to buy and you could tell the staff was passionate about their vehicles and treating you right. Several people greeted me while browsing including Mike Kozda, the manager and Ryan Summers, the parts manager. Lyndsey, a parts professional, took the time to explain and fit new helmets for my wife and I. She explained the new features and ordered the items for us. Brandon helped me get all the financing taken care of and explained all the options. I ended up buying a Yamaha FJR1300. From start to finish, they treated me lke a person and not another sales commission. By the time I left, I felt like I knew them for years. First of all, I want to tell you that I had great customer service with Josh at your 22nd. St. location.I had numerous problems with my 2001 Polaris Virage. I have actually worked on this jet ski for two years to get it running. Initially I thought it was the injectors. I replaced numerous parts including the fuel pump ((550.00). I visited numerous service centers, boat repair shops around town and your Ina location store. Most did not want to work on these jet skis whatsoever because of the Polaris jet ski support system collapsing. I turned to the internet, the Phx. boat and jet ski repair shops to no avail. I can't tell you how many trips I took this jet ski on and just puttered around the lake at idle. Much less working on the jet ski in the water for two or three days while on a trip. I was pretty much at the end of my rope. I was told at your Ina location that nobody was able to work on this jet ski. No more parts available. I had even sent the injectors to a place in Kansas City and Lake Havasu , Arizona to be worked on. Apparently this was not the problem.When I met Josh at your 22nd St. location, I told him many stories about the challenges I had endured. He understood what I needed and began troubleshooting my system. I was reluctant to bring the jet skis down because of fear of an out-of -control electronic troubleshooting bill. Josh worked closely with me and told me exactly what he was going to do and how much it would cost. I felt confident that things would not get out of control as far as the bill. Josh sought out the resources he needed to troubleshoot my system and solve the problems that I had with my 2001 Polaris Virage.I know that he had to go to extra efforts to solve these problems with my jet ski. I had previously called everybody that I could possibly call including the manufacturer.. I was turned away and told "I am sorry, I cannot help you" from the resources that should have been able to help me.Josh has exceptional customer service skills. My problems were not simple and nothing but complex. I am very happy that I had Josh to work with me on this jet ski because nobody else would, could or did.I could go on and on about Josh. I do know that if I have any more problems with this jet ski, Josh will be one of my first calls. I will also refer any other friends that have problems with jet skis to your store.Thank you so very much,

three gentlemen help when I was purchasing an ATV on 2/8/12. Chris, Jacob, and Brandon were the most helpful and honest employees I have ever delt with in sales/retail. Chris first off, never pushed prices or upsold me and went beyond just selling me a ATV. He sat down and talked to me while the paperwork was being processed. besides just an employee, he is a great human being. Jacob, was very open and trustworthy. he understood the price I was looking for and worked around me not just a price tag. Brandon explained everything in detail on the paperwork that I filled out. he made sure that all was clear and nothing would come back to bite me in the.... well you know how that saying goes. I highly recommend that you, one, use these men for proof for other employees on how to create perfect customer service. also, if they are looking for a pay raise I would give them more than you were thinking originaly. these three guys know what they are doing and they are damn good at it. If you want to better this business then keeping them on your team is the best option. there is one more person I wanted to mention. Lindsey went beyond her abilities to find me the right sized helmet. the staff with this company is amazing and because of them your business will succeed. This was my experience with the Service Department,which was more than positive. I brought my bike in for a new wheel,tires,chrome pieces, that I had ordered on my own. Tim Jablonski is my service advisor and he,along with everyone in the service department went beyond the norm to help me out. Just as a side note; the shop itself was spotless indicating pride in work. I ordered the wrong size rear tire which created a bit of a problem since there were none in the area. Tim made calls, found one in CA. We went back and forth on how to proceed since the new wheel and front tire were on the bike. I talked with the tech along with other service advisors, all trying to get the bike finished and on the road. The result was- a tire is coming from CA. The service manager was kind enough to take my wrong size tire in trade, rather than me having to send it back--which would have been costly. The whole mix up was my fault but they kept apologizing. I left the bike and will pick it up next week. There is no doubt in my mind it will be clean, polished and perfect. I have dealt with numerous dealerships the past 17 years and this is at the top on my list. I put very high value in customer service and cleanliness of the shop. MY GIRL will definitely go back there for her check-ups and any other additions I can't live without. Check them out...they service all brands, mine just happens to be a Yamaha Roadliner. Linda

On June 12th I dropped off my Polaris RZR for broken wheel studs and spoke with Mr. Tutas, your service writer. I was amazed at how much he knew about different Polaris vehicles and about parts on hand. He informed me of the difficulty of repair and that if the damage had been done to the hub and how much longer it would take to repair and cost associated. Again I was amazed at his knowledge, appearance and the positive tone of his voice, I knew I had found a true service person that knew his task and the vehicle. I have worked with young men most of my life, I served in Vietnam two years earning nine awards for valor. And am retired from Raytheon as a senior engineer for twenty one years and had multiple skilled men supporting me. I know something about young men and when they are capable or just talking, with Tutas he is the man, he knows his job and presents himself and your company well. He is a performer with confidence and ability. I picked up the vehicle on time and repaired as Tutas had promised. Please pass my appreciation to him for a speedy repair and favorable experience, I am a satisfied customer and I will be back.

I originally went to a competitor down the street. I wanted to trade in a used Vulcan for a new bike. After being given the runaround by the competitor, I happened on RideNow and WOW! What a difference in my experience! The salesman bent over backwards to accommodate me. I actually felt like I had been involved in a "Win-Win" situation by the time I left. Since the purchase I've had occasion to use the service department as well. I've been TOTALLY impressed with them! The whole experience with RideNow from sale to service has been 2nd to none. EXCELLENT customer service all around. Bought a used VS800 Intruder, and the whole sales staff was very helpful and knowledgable. I highly recommend this store. If I ever buy another bike again, or need more motorcycle accessories I will definitely shop here!!

I was shopping and stoped when driving by. They had a good selection and worked with me. They were not pushey and were very helpful. I stopped by three or four times before I made up my mind. With such a large selection it is hard but they were pacient with me. I took the advanced rider corse and it was great as well.

I just bought my bought my 5th bike from Ridenow Powersports on 22nd and I have to say that I really am happy with my experiences there. Not only are they receptive to suggestions, they are very interested in supporting the riding community, especially women! I have also referred many of my friends to Ridenow and at least 4 have purchased bikes. If any issues have come up during my interactions with the Ridenow folks, Mike K. the manager has gone above and beyond to make things right. This Ridenow also sponsors Women On Wheels, an international riding group with a branch in Tucson. They continue to strive to improve processes and update bikes and accessories.

On Memorial Weekend 2011 my wife and I decided to stop in to take a look at all the bikes'. I had beening wanting to buy a bike, but my wife kept saying NO!! After 13 yrs she finally said YES!! What changed her mind after all these years. Well my wife had a list of questions she was gonna ask before any purchase was made. Brad (wonderful, patient young man) answered all her questions, about the bike and safety gear. She was so impressed how Brad took his time and explained to her the differences of bikes as well as the gear. Josh and Fred took excellent care of my jet ski, assured me that my drive to lake pleasant would ba a good one and the ski would run flawlesly..... and it did, we ran almost 3 tanks of gas through it over the long 4th of july weekend with no problems. There is family and the expirence of being treated like family, before I came to ride now I had my reserves such as dealing with the typical sales team that spends hours on the purchases that they want you to have & not what you want. Ridenow welcomes you as if you are a member of the family the prices truly matches the value of your purchase and there are too many words that can be used during and after your expirence, such as "Excellent, Supurb, Outstanding, Awesome"! All of these words will truly come to mind and the question is which order they willl come to your mind. My purchase was on a 02 Honda CBR600 F4I and the cost of the purchase was outstanding, the assistance from the sales team was at my pace there are no pushy sales men here. They are concerned with what will be a value and safe for you. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a Motorcycle. ATV, Dirtbike, or Water-craft. He answered all my questions with great knowledge from the bike i first looked at to the one i finally bought.
